I first came across Llyn Building Contractors several years ago when they were building a house, which I then went on to buy. I have since used Johnny and his team on several building projects and although based in North Wales they have undertaken work for me in and around the Manchester area. The work has included, but not limited to, substantial pitched and flat roofing repairs on 19c mill. New window installations in same. Part demolition and rebuild, to include new roof, of 3 storey annexe building whilst retaining character features. Groundwork and paving. Repair and installation of northern lights to single storey warehouse. Internal builds of offices and showroom, to include all final fixes. Their skills also lie in new builds, renovations, extensions et al.
Over the years, I have found Llyn Builders to be honest, reliable, and professional all at a reasonable cost. They have a great understanding of the customers needs and requirements. An extensive knowledge of planning laws and building regulations. They bring a refreshing approach and take the stress out of any work required.
